Shin Shin is a gem! A huge variety of items: appliances, utensils, tableware, cookware, storage containers, cleaning supplies, comforters, personal grooming and beauty supplies, toys, clothes, novelty items, snacks...I could go on and on. The service is attentive without being overbearing. The prices are very competitive - meeting and beating online shopping and often with a more comprehensive selection of goods.I have often found that I've spent over an hour just oohing and aahing over items I never knew I wanted, like a rice storage bin that dispenses rice in 1cup increments, red ginseng tonic, slippers with removable velcro-attached cleaning pads (genius!) that even fit my size 10 feet...I could go on and on.

Great store with reasonably priced kitchen utensils, Asian dry goods and beverages, fun gadgets and socks, etc. The salespeople were very nice and helpful. Yes, I would tell my friends about it.

My daughter and I visited Shin Shin after it being recommended by a local Chinese restaurant owner. We were delighted to find the wonderful customer service and vast array of reasonably priced items, ranging from inexpensive kitchen gadgets, which we had never seen, to high quality cooking products. We were amazed to find beautiful, wooden chopsticks at $1.47 for a package of 4 to incredible electric cookware (upstairs) to beautiful bedding. I will share this experience with all of my friends and will definitely go back.
