Never go here! The customer service sucks! The appointments are never on time and always late! Every time I make an appointment, they always have you check in 15 minutes early. I have never missed an appointment, have always arrived 15 minutes early, and still have always had to wait a half hour or longer! Today I had an appointment for my daughter. I was there at 8:25am for an 8:45 appointment, then at 9am, they called me up to the front just to tell me my daughter didn't have an appointment! I received a reminder call at work on Friday and a call at home yesterday to remind me of our appointment. It was an error on their part because they scheduled her a month early. So basically, I wasted 30 minutes in their waiting room to be sent home without being seen! Why didn't they tell me this when I arrived? It would've saved me 30 minutes! My daughter wouldn't have been late to school. I could've done several other things. They act like my time doesn't matter and like I said, the customer service sucks! They never even apologized for their error!
