stylists are known to take extended breaks while chemicals are on clients. The stylists will go home or to lunch for 2 to 3 hours when in the middle of services. I personally had an appointment at 2:30 pm, the stylist was an hour late. He took a 2 hour break while I was under the dryer. ( It only took 30 minutes for my hair to dry completely) My service was completed at 12:30 pm. My service was a shampoo, condition, and style. So, why did it take so long?
