I used extra space storage to store my things. The customer service was great. I lost a key from my set. I let them know and they replaced my keys and lock right away.... If I need storage again it will be with extra space...

This was a bad experienced, I am a soldier in the army and I signed a 12 months, lease with extra space storage I was lucky to come home early, just to find out that extra space storage is not military friendly the 2 months that they gave me for free I had to pay for and because i came back at the beginning at the month I still had to pay for the whole months even though I was only there for the first week. I would not recommend this place for military families because we have a job that is hard enough and we pick up and move and to have a company like this taken your hard earn money I didnt have an issue if I only had to pay for the two free months but to have to give them 3 weeks for free is not right. I wasnt trying to give this place any stars but I had to in order to submit this
