I cannot say enough great things about Melanie Jenkins and her landscaping team at Emerald Green of Bradenton. We live in The Concession, which has extremely high landscaping standards. Nevertheless, our new home’s yard had been neglected with dead, teetering red cedar trees, cypress knees encroaching upon the house’s foundation, exposed irrigation lines along the street, straggly flowers and overgrown shrubs and hedges. With Melanie’s encyclopedic plant knowledge, she walked the yard with me and quickly laid out a design plan that beautified our property. She prepared a design proposal including color coded site plans that our HOA immediately approved. Melanie and her team are incredibly well-organized. She arranged removal of the dead trees, shrubs, and sad plants first. Then, on install day, her incredibly efficient crew were rock stars, working with the cohesion and cooperation of a well-experienced team breezing through the plantings. Starting on the dot as scheduled at 8 am, they planted hundreds of shrubs and flowers, including four large specimen trees, and mulched the entire yard; amazingly, they completed the job by 3 pm. We didn’t have to lift a finger. All we had to do was stand back and be amazed. Melanie is incredibly responsive, answering emails and texts in real time. She always kept us well-informed throughout the project. She was flexible with her design and respectful of our investment range, pivoting without hesitation when we wanted to adjust the layout. Melanie and her team are friendly and easy to work with, professional and keep a neat job site. We highly recommend Emerald Green of Bradenton for any of your landscaping needs.

Poor customer service, never trimmed yard properly, sloppy mowing, left branches laying in yard, had to be told repeatedly what was expected. Owner Melanie always had an excuse why her crew couldn't do a proper job. What a JOKE! Do not hire this company. Very overpriced as well!!
