I do not recommend Arsenault Dermatolgy to anyone. I visited Dr. Arsenault to help treat my acne and keloid and it has been the most frustrating, expensive, and horrible experience. First of all, I am a student and cannot afford to keep visiting a specialist every 4 weeks for an appointment. I have been to this office for four visits now and there have not been any improvements in my skin. Each visit she prescribes a different antibiotic and topical cream for my acne and it just keeps getting worse. In addition, it was really shocking when Dr. Arsenault used her cell phone in front of me during my visit to ask Siri about the ingredients of Epiduo. When I asked her about recommendations on cleansers and sunscreen she was very vague and didn't give me any guidelines on which products will help me. Overall, I will never go back to this office again and feel it was a complete waste of my hard-earned money.
