I submitted a review yesterday stating that I've been very happy w/ the service I've received to date here but that changed yesterday when I went in for an appt. As I was completing a patient information update form, I found that I was required to supply a credit card number for the office to bill to should any charges not be covered by my insurance and, if I did not supply one, I was required to pay for all services rendered that day even before insurance was billed. I understand that the practice very likely gets stuck w/ all sorts of outstanding payments from patients and I'm sorry that that happens but I have insurance and I'm not willing to give out a credit card for this purpose. And what happens to those who don't have a credit card? Are they denied treatment because they may not believe in taking unnecessary financial risks w/ credit cards? Needless to say, this practice has lost my business.

I've been a patient of Madison Eye Care Assoc for a few years now and am very pleased w/ the service I've received from the practice. Dr Mogyordy's the best!

Awful! My glasses were way too strong and they still made me pay to fix them. I was hung up on once by a rude receptionist. The doctor misplaced my glasses and file at one point, too. Steer Clear!
