Bait and Switch Lets start by saying that this dealer has been servicing my Terrain since 2010. They then sent an offer in the mail for me to trade in my Terrain for $15340 depending on condition they knew which model I owned when they sent the offer letter. Upon bringing my car there and trying to trade it in, they only offered only $9000. The first rational is that it is not the upper model which is how they based the price (but I am a customer and they knew which car I had when they made the offer) they then said but did not put it in writing that the offer is based on an unrealistic 10,000 miles a year. And they had other excuses. However I would not waste my time responding to any offer from the sales department. By the way the service department is ok and I would recommend them for repairs.

Jim Curley's car dealership in Lakewood is not to be trusted. The salespeople act as if they are doing you a favor by buying a car from them, but offer you nothing but grief in return. On top of this, they take advantage of fellow military members, which smacks of sheer arrogance and total dishonesty. Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy a car from these people. You WILL regret it!
