This company and system is horrible.Many tenants in our builing have gotten sick,due to a severe lack of heat,including pneumonia.They cut tenants short,and deprive the heat .Nighttime is worse,with absolutely no heat.It is nothing but a sham,and adults and children have paid the price with being sick for the last three years it has been installed in our building.Just check all violations on the Ny HPD website,and type in 7212 4th ave ,brooklyn ny,and you will see how many heat complaints there have been.The only thing this company is monitoring is the landlords wallets,ensuring that barely any oil is used.Every one of the companies employess could care less about the tenants,even when tenants have begged for heat,for their seriious health conditions,as well as disabled tenants with autism.They have been shortchanging tenants for years,and are jeopardizing lives.Heat sensors should be banned,and I will leagally do everything in my power to reach that goal.
