Blue Diamond Restoration Services was recommended by the home insurance's Premium Service Plan. Rich came to my home and gave me the estimate to repair the home after it had gone through a 2 week mold remediation process. He was pleasant and courteous and made me feel that I was in competent hands. His worker were also pleasant and prompt. They worked diligently to bring the house back to its original state. In the 2 weeks it took to complete the project, they tried their best to inconvenience my wife & I as little as possible. Once they had completed the project, the crew spent time cleaning the house to remove all of the dust and dirt that had accumulated due to the project. Not only did Blue Diamond live up to the home insurance company's promise, they far exceeded it. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs home repair work and commend Rich for having a competent and courteous staff.

I called several companies to get estimates but after meeting & speaking to Rich at Blue Diamond; it was with them I was entrusting to help return our home to normal. Being this close to the holidays, I didnt think he could do much. Well, I was wrong! He started immediately and his team worked non-stop to give my family a clean house to enjoy Christmas in. The team returned right after Christmas and worked so we could begin the New Year with most of the house done. After seeing what the fireplace did, I could never have imagined my home to look like it does now. Youd never know we had anything like that happen; we just cant be more pleased with the final results! Allstate sent Blue Diamond to our home after a frozen pipe burst in the attic while we were away for a few days. The house was a disaster---water, water everywhere! These guys came right away and removed all the water, damaged ceilings, carpets, etc. and had the house dry in no time. Within just a few days our house was dry and mold free.
