Jaya has over 20 years experience working in behavioral health. She has worked with a variety of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, self esteem, relationships, parenting, and post traumatic stress disorder. Jaya is skilled in a variety of proven approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, functional family therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, multi systemic therapy, grief and loss counseling.
