Dr. Smith is a board-certified neurologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of neuromuscular and cerebrovascular disorders. He earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed his neurology residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Smith furthered his post-graduate education with fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology and electrodiagnostic medicine at the University Hospital in Copenhagen, Denmark.In addition to being board certified in general adult neurology, with a subspecialty board certification in Vascular Neurology, Dr. Smith is also board certified in electrodiagnostic medicine. He is the medical director of the Stroke Program at St. Anthony's Hospital, and medical director of the Neurosciences Service Line for the Centura Health Mountains North Denver Organizational Group.When not seeing patients, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his family and playing basketball.
