We are a handicap accessible, single story stone and frame building located 8 blocks west of Wadsworth and 1.5 blocks north of Colfax on the east side of Carr Street. The parking lot fronts our building at 1630 Carr Street.

We are accepting new patients. We accept patients who have TriCare, Medicare, and Medicaid, and most of the commercial insurances. Call the office for more information. And... of course, cash pay patients receive a 30% discount when services are paid for at the time of the visit. Same day appointments. Walk-in's welcome. Appointments available after hours and weekends with advance notice. Home of office visits available by appointment.
