Nightmare. Asked for rush job. Delay after delay. Sent us 4 wrong Mockup's. While waiting for a correct mockup for client, they ran our shirts without our permission, approval, without an appoved mockup since we did not have one, without proper colors. They had no deposit yet, but ran the order on OUR very expensive shirts. They put screen printing where they wanted to, not where the client wanted them to go. Center logo instead of pocket logo and vice versa. 99% of the shirts were printed crooked. Some 45 degrees off center,clearly on an angle. They ran the shirts without telling us. Shipped the shirts without telling us. All the while, we are asking for a mock up trying to figure out what is going on. We were still deciding on color. We were still deciding if the first run should be on another type shirt. Why would we think they would run our order when we had not given them a deposit for the job? They ruined the entire order. We asked for a refund. They said they would give us one, but when it came time to write the check, they will not give it to us. We are having to take legal action against them. I never say anything bad about anyone. Here is it necessary. All I want is my shirt money back so I can give it to a professional to do my job. Hard to believe anyone like this exists in the world today. Thought I had the best screenprinter in Colorado, turned out to be the worst. Stay away.
