EVAS! "Makes me wanna slap ma' momma" lolAfter months of driving by, I decided to stop by and see what was in the kitchen of Eva's. I used to love coming here when it was M&M's but man oh man, Eva's is the BOBM. I order the Chitterlings; they where tender, well season, CLEAN. Witch came with three sides; yams, greens, and string beans.The portions are hugggeee, the staff is very friendly. I loved the atmosphere and I can see the family is trying to improve the restaurant for the consumer.My final verdict is 11 fingers out of ten. lol. I can't wait to go back :)
