This park is somewhat deceiving due to it's outwardly enticing appearance. It is a basically clean park except for a couple of old dog droppings that I noticed at the front of my space upon parking my rig. It's comprised mostly of construction workers who appear to be full time residents. The showers/bathrooms are clean, spacious and well lit on a timer. The fitness room is a joke, and a 4 digit punch in passcode is needed to enter this closet. There is a small pool with a depth of only 5' so all you can really do in it is wade around. It has a decent laundry room and a rec room which appears to be usually vacant. This is not a place for fun and excitement, as it has the inner ambience of a concentration camp probably due to it's management which is about as friendly, and flexible as a security guard in a Nazi death camp. I was planning to spend the summer to escape the desert heat for a few months, but have decided to move on to more amenable surroundings after just a few weeks Avoid
