We just moved to Lakeland last yr & went to Wood World the owner is very nice we bought a nice bedroom outfit from him (not cheap) & he recommended a mattress for us & our son. King Koil flip able they are very uncomfortable so we upgraded twice as he said he sleeps on the the king we have we have slept on it no more than a month total, he now says he doesn't sell them & has nothing better. Even though he told us we could upgrade anytime we wanted now we can't so we are sleeping on our recliners till the new mattress that we ordered from another company & we are out over $1200 for a mattress that would only be good for someone very young & with no back or neck problems. I would not recommend anyone to buy a mattress from him he sells entry level mattresses that are no good. We told him about the problem & he said he can do nothing about it even though he said we can always buy a better mattress from him. Very disappointed.

I checked with Wood World for several dollars of bed furniture for my grandkids. I can sleep on a rock but I want the best for them. After Wood World (WW) we went to several other furiture stores. The quality and prices at WW were the best!!! And the service was superior. I highly recommend this business. It was highly recommended to me by my friend Sharon. Karen G

I have been doing business with Paul at Wood World for a couple of years and would like to say it has always been a pleasurable experience doing business there regardless if I am buying or selling. There prices have always been more than reasonable while still maintaining a high level of quality on everything. I live in a mobile home community, and often when you buy a used home it comes furnished. Paul and Wood World is a blessing, as you can purchase at reasonable prices the furniture that you want from Wood World, and at the same time switch out the furniture you don't want and place that furniture on consignment. I've been very satisfied with the helpfulness and honesty I get when dealing with Wood World, and have recommended them to neighbors and friends.

I was in your store today Jan 17 2013 ,i was never asked by any of your sales people if i needed help,but another lady walked in right by me and the salesman meet her half way and ask how can i help you. ok so you lost a sale, i went right down the road to Ashley and spent my money. I have purchased furniture and major appliances and also placed furniture on consignment and find Paul and his family are wonderful to work with and he goes out of his way to please his customers. They are conveniently located on the Northside of Lakeland and Paul makes pick up and deliveries to the customer's convenience.

We just received a bed from Wood World for our daughter that is really nice and we are very happy with it. It is constructed of birch and pine with four drawers under the bed and shelf type head board. It really looks nice. March 2, 2012.
