I am highly upset by the way I was treated by one of the managers at this particular store. I was going in to get some of the good deals that they have and I also use coupons well he came up to me and wanted to personally ring me up I was happy because I hate making people wait for my order to be rung up. Anyways I got an item that did not match the coupon i wanted to use so i simply said OK sorry you can put it back and as he was doing that I apologized and he looked at me and said "UMM No Your Not" which i laughed all thinking he was joking then I handed him a Publix coupon because they accept competitors coupons which I love and he was telling me he needs to see the other half of the coupon and that I cut the top off of it which i did not and was telling me he would show me and ad and could not find it but told me he could not take it and i did not argue i simply bought what i was able to and left. I honestly have never been treated that way in my entire life!

Phil, my favorite pharmicist, has been keeping me coming back to Winn Dixie for me and my family for years. He is so incredibly personable and likable. When I have a question for him, he does not move on to the next customer until my question is answered. He is incredibly patient, incredibly kind..... and he can pull a smile out of me on my very worst day. I will continue to shop winndixe store for all my family needs. One of the biggest 'Perks" Winn-Dixie gives me is PHIL :) the pharmicist. He's awesome. Thanks, Winn Dixie
