Have lived here for about 3 years, the place is going down here. Maintanence is horrible, they keep changing people, I normally have to call 3 or 4x and go down to the office to raise hell to get anything fixed. They spent $ to paint the clubhouse and add plants, but the paint is peeling off the ceiling in the hallways and the outside of the building is dirty. They do nothing about noisy neighbors, dogs wandering off leash. Most buildings don't have enough parking. Like most apts the walls are very thin. The office workers change a lot. Only pros is the apts are a good size and the location is good , close to everything and since they added the light to get out , it is much easier coming and going. Can't say that I would recommend the place, don't really know of any GREAT apts in Lakeland at all honestly.

Overall excellent place to live ... until its time to move out. We lived here for almost 2 years, resigning a new lease after the first term. Upon moving in, the carpets were stained and they were annotated on our records for future reference. When we decided to move, we were instructed to clean the bathrooms, the blinds, and the oven. Apparently we went above and beyond so we cleaned the entire apartment. We did have some slight pet damage, but not significant. When the final bill assessment came, $300 was being asked to pay. And you guessed it! The entire carpet was being replaced out of our wallets and a bonus of a $70 charge to steam clean the kitchen tile which was no bigger than 12 feet. After speaking with management, we decided to just pay and be done with it. However, our good neighbors moved out a couple of weeks ago and had the same magic number come up for their bill. They rebutted the charges and eventually had their bill lowered, but things are fishy to us. Be careful!

The people in the office there are nice when they want you to sign a lease but are snakes afterwards. The apartments are small, cheap, over priced and very noisey. There is also allot of construction going on here which is a huge pain!!!!
