Ii have been here 15 years. It used ti be a great place to live but has gone downhill over thr past 5 years. I have been talked to about stuff other people do every day. Dont park in the grass. Everyone here does. Some of the 2 bedroom houses have 8 adults living in yhem. Too many vehicles for property.i guess with that many people living there, a 300$ yearly increase would be affordable. Parking a place 10 feet from mine with 8 ft stairs. Now I get 2 feet, thry get 8. 3 of my freinds that lived here longer yhan 15 years have left.
