About Miller Construction Management Founded in 2002, Miller Construction Management, Inc has grown steadily over the past years and plans to continue to grow at a controlled rate. We attribute our success to a TEAM approach to construction delivery. First, we believe the construction process is a team effort, involving multiple team members, including the Owner, Architect, Engineers and the General Contractor / Construction Manager. While each team member has their own primary area of responsibility, Miller Construction Management, Inc has developed the experience and leadership required to foster effective communication, cooperation and coordination among the team. The TEAM approach coupled with a high degree of business integrity, professionalism and construction knowledge is what Miller Construction Management, Inc is based upon. We believe in keeping up with the times and the ever changing technology. The project management software we utilize are the industry standard. Prolog Project Manager is used on every project we send to the field to manage subcontracts, submittals, RFI's, change orders and daily reports. We utilize SureTrak to build and maintain the construction schedule. Our schedules are updated at least every two weeks to ensure adherence to the timeframe. Our focus has been on New Commercial and Retail Facilities, Interior Build-Outs and Commercial Renovations. As a fresh company we bring technology, ambition, dedication and integrity to the construction market.
