I am so happy with my purchase at Lakeland Ford. I've always just looked at a vehicle as a tool to get back and forth with but after buying my Ford Fusion I'm actually excited to get in my car and make my drive to work. I love the ecoBoost engine and the Sync with My Ford Touch System. I actually couldn't imagine driving a vehicle without those options on it now. This is the first time I have ever LOVED a car I owned. The staff is always courteous and Barry in finance was a true professional and gentleman. I definitely enjoyed my experience!

Just bought my car from Lakeland Ford. Pretty good expeience. The car I wanted was on another lot down the street and it took a while, but my salesman Lance told me once they finish thier construction that will never happen again. I'm so happy they decided to stay in that part of Lakeland, instead of moving by the highway like other dealers. I can't wait to see how it looks! - John

My experience was a good at this dealership. I was interested in a specific vehicle and Ben our sales guy pointed us in the right direction. We agreed to what fit our interests and most importantly our budget. The whole experience was easy and no haggle as well. I would keep this dealership in mind for future purchases and dealings. The construction was not bad but they are doing a lot of good things here. They are building a new showroom for Ford and Hyuandai. I can't wait until the project is done it's going to be really nice. My salesman Lance Harrison asked me to review him on this site, and I was happy to do it. I have only ever bought one other car, and my experience was a disaster :( But Lance made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He wasn't the only one either, all of the people working there were quick to ask how I was doing, and a random salesguy even bought my a soda from the machine. What a great dealership!

I have bought a few cars from Lakeland Automall. I recommend them to anyone I know. The people in the service departmentment are honest and always helpful, especially Kevin. I have bought my last 2 cars from Lance, and I will be back again.
