Jill Young, APRN, CNM is a Board Certified Nurse Midwife who works to ensure that all patients receive personalized healthcare. Ms. Young specializes in prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. Ms. Young completed her nursing and midwifery education from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. She also has extensive labor and delivery experience. Ms. Young sees patients at the OB/GYN North office. Describe your clinical specialties. OB/GYN What would you like people to know about you as a care provider? I love my job and care for every patient with respect and tailor my care to each individual’s needs. Why or when did you decide to become a healthcare provider? I have always known this is what I wanted my profession to be. I love women's health and thoroughly enjoy my times delivering babies. What do you enjoy most about working with patients? Everyone is different, and I enjoy getting to know them and helping them with their healthcare needs. What are some interesting facts about you? I love to travel, snow ski, and read.
