I got a medium mushroom only pizza today 20.00

I am from Chicago and love thin crust pizza and have owned two pizza places.
They dont call it chicago pizza which is good, but they cut in squares normally unless you ask for triangles.

It was extremely crunchy and yes it is a Cracker Crust. The sauce was really only canned tomatoe sauce and light Italian seasoning.

Was edible. More cheese needed to be added. I did pay 20.00 for this.
Normally this size pizza has about 8 ounces on it.

Maybe 5 1/2 ounces on this one

The pizza was amazing fresh...taste as if the sauce was just made!!! BEST pizza by far.

The above poster is right on one thing. . .if you like St. Louis Pizza you will like this! If you are from the northeast don't bother!!!!!!!! Crust is nice and crispy but has no flavor, and sauce is disgustingly sweet, just like Imo's in St. Louis!

There large pizza is 16" with the toppings all the way to the edge. That's pretty Big in my case. it is awesome and the best pizza in Polk county

This is the best pizza in polk county. If you love thin crust St louis style pizza, then this is the place to go. It is clean, friendly and just plain awesome!!!

Yeah, you guys are back. I grew up eating J Burns Pizza and it was such a treat introducing them to my family. They weren't sure about the flat pizza cut into little squares but now they're fans too. I'm not sure what happened when Chennesy went to but we've been there several times in the last month and it taste just like I remember and the crust was wonderfully crunchy. I thought the price was about what other pizza joints are charging in Lakeland but either way I'd be happy to pay a little more. I'm just afraid that they are not going to have enough space for everyone when word gets out. J Burns we are thrilled that you are back!!!

Though they claim to be the reincarnation of a beloved pizzaria from 25 years ago, the floppy crust and general flavor of the pizza claims otherwise. They claimed to welcome comments on their Facebook page, but when I tried, my comments were removed and I was blocked from any further comments. Their status should read; We welcome "flattering" coments! After an hours wait, I had a "Large" pizza that would have been a Medium anywhere else, and two drinks, for $20 with tip. I can't see this place making it very long. I was extremely disappointed!
