Called 8/6 about getting a price for window tints for my Ford Edge. The cost was $155 for all side windows and rear window and $10 for the strip on the front windshield. Advised they use Solar Gard film by Jay the owner when I asked and it would take about 2hrs. Took the car in for 3pm appointment. Spoke briefly about tint laws and what I could get on the different windows to be within the law confirming what I read online. I went off for while and came back to get the car when done. I was given a warranty card for the lifetime warranty, but the product was Protect Gard (not Solar Gard). Went to pay and Jay had gone for the day, but the guy that took payment advised me that it was a Lllumar product when I queried the difference.Driving home, noticed windshield strip is below the AS-1 line and also there was no sticker on doorjamb detailing legal install - these are not-lawful in FL. Concerned about brand switch, but quality of work looks good. Will take it back today to rectify issues.
