I actually would recommend this nursing home to anyone and everyone who will ever need these services. They gave my mother exceptional care and love. Rehab department was one of the best we have ever experienced and my mother has been in 3 nursing homes in Lakeland. My mother was was very ill and was not wexpecting to be able to go back home - Consulate Health Care at Lake Parker was able to rehab her back home in 7 weeks! Thank to all the hard working staff at Lake Parker!

Not what we expected as the rating gave this faucility a 4 star rating Our parent was a patient twice in the past 21/2 months Fell broke hip the day before discharged X-Ray was done Sent home next day Damitting to hospital requiring hip replacement surgery 2 days later 2nd inpatient stay sent home next day, home care nurse check patient who had 103 temp and crackling in chest Next day admitted back to hospital with pneumonia and bladder infection Is still in hospital in isolation room No this place is not recommended by our family
