called for maintenace check he was here less than 30 min. said coils clean all good totally dishonest. told me to place air filter horizontol over duct opening truth was duct work was detacted from vent opening and not returning air properly. my guess he didnt want to take time to reattach it. coils were totally dirty he never cleaned it maybe took a rag and wiped it a bit.

I had a warranty issue with a part on my AC and it took them 4 days to get back to me with the part. Once they got back to me with the part, it was damaged. They said they could order another part overnight. They never offered to overnight the originl part but now they want to charge an additional $65 to overnight a part that's covered under warranty as well as a $50 processing fee to order the part. Imagine being in Florida without AC for 8 Days!!!!Manager never apologized. I suggest getting written estimates or don't do business with this company.
