Carlos and his office staff, offer great communication, before, during, and after the job is done. I recently had some electrical work done, an additional exterior box, running power and lights to an outbuilding workshop for my husband. He is overseas, and I had this work done in his abence as a present. Carlos was on-time, on-budget, and completed the task to even my husband's satisfaction! Happy Fathers Day Honey! CER takes the time to deliver the product, from, the estimate, quality of work, permits, etc. they are on top of their game.
