These guys really do care about their customers. They repaired my AC a month ago and i called them back this afternoon and they came the same day and fixed it! They didn't even hesitate.... I know good customer service when I see it and they definitely do deserve all of these good reviews. It's one thing to just fix your AC and then forget about you or ask for more money later on but they just want to make People Happy and use them again and again. Very reasonably priced air conditioning repair company. I expected to pay 3 times more than what they actually ended up charging me to repair my ac. I will definitely use them the next time my air conditioning needs repair or even routine maintenance.

Hired Air Today to fix A/C and paid them for a One year service agreement on my A/C units and my Refrigeration units. They Fixed my A/C but when I would call them for service they would never show up. It took 4 days of calling to get them here the first time. 7 days the second time and now I have been calling them for 3 weeks and they keep telling me they had an Emergency and would come first thing tomorrow morning, and never show up! I have a business and lost thousands of dollars in spoilage because I could not get then to honor the contract and come check out my refrigerator that was not functioning properly until it gave out and I had to call and pay a different company to fix it. I plan on taking them to court.
