I purchased a pre-owned vehicle last November and had a great experience on the sales side. After that it's been nothing but problems! An oil change takes over an hour and they lie to you about when it will be done--take my advice, don't wait! I needed scheduled maintenance and also 1 repair that was to be covered by my warranty. They couldn't find my warranty in the system, made me come back with the paperwork to fix my estimate. On the date I had it serviced they gave me a rental vehicle that is disgusting filthy and smells like wet dog, informed me whoever wrote up my "corrected" estimate actually was $200 short so the bill would be double what I was told, then later called me for that warranty again! I faxed it and they informed me my vehicle was somewhere else, they don't actually do the repair at their facility so they didn't know what was going on or when it would be done. It's the worst experience I've ever had in all my years of owning vehicles!!! I'll never go back.
