With over 40 years in the aluminum window, curtain wall, storefront and interior & exterior architectural metals manufacturing, glazing and installation, Eugraphics Inc offers a variety of production services specializing in: Comprehensive production shop drawings for submittal, review and approval by the Architects, General Contractors and Structural Engineers, with the finalized set ready for delivery to the shop floor for the coordination of manufacturing and installation. Shop drawings can be provided for any glazing system from client proprietary in-house designed systems to market vendor's systems where we have access to the system profile drawing (.dwg) files and installation instructions either in house, via website download, or provided by the client. Complete custom glazing system design is also available upon request. Complete and accurate parts cutting lists and glass lists. The data for these lists is programmatically attached directly to the elevation components in the shop drawings, invisibly, and available for extraction by way of automation. Custom programming in Microsoft Excel and Access and custom stand alone applications for automating the drawing and documentation processes. CadDOG is our signature stand alone application. It generates the elevations in the AutoCAD shop drawings and adds the information required for parts cutting lists and glass lists directly onto the elevation components, and extracts and exports that information to Microsoft Excel files and a custom Access database. CadDOG's intuitive user interface and straight forward ease of set up and use easily out performs the other similarly purposed programs on the market such as ACIST, ATHENA, LOGIKAL and others, in the primary goal of generating accurate elevation drawings, parts cutting lists and glass lists. All drawing objects are AutoCAD objects that are fully accessible and subject to AutoCAD's intrinsic functionalities. NO PROXY OBJECTS! The learning curve is very short, and new users can be up and running in most cases on the very first day.
