I have used this company numerous times and referred them to friends and family. I also like that they are family owned, and you feel that difference the moment they walk in the door. Wow.. where do I begin? My landlord called these guys because my back went out trying to shampoo my own carpet. This 'Business''s idea of professional cleaning was complaining that they had to use my vacuum first (to avoid any filter clogs) then use their own vacuum. Then leave. When I called their manager to complain, I was told they only use street-grade water and no detergent. This is honestly their 'business plan' for running a professional carpet cleaning business.
