I endeavor to treat each person respectfully and strive to provide an emotionally safe environment which will allow my clients to discover new and more satisfying ways to live. My framework for understanding how people achieve meaningful change has evolved over the years, but substantially draws upon Cognitive, Experiential, and Humanistic perspectives.
