Located in Lake Oswego, Ore., the Mountain Park Home Owners Association is a residential community that features various single-family homes, town houses, condominiums and apartments. The association s other facilities include a clubhouse, fitness studio, gymnasium, tennis courts and weight rooms. The Mountain Park Home Owners Association offers a variety of fitness classes, as well as organizes various special and seasonal events for youths and adults. It operates the Mountain Park Playschool, which is an early childhood learning center that provides various programs for children up to 5 years of age. The association maintains a banquet lounge that provides space for wedding receptions, birthday parties, business meetings, conferences and seminars. The Mountain Park Home Owners Association employs several full and part-time staff members.
