I can help you Awaken Your Best State, Choose Well, and Thrive across the journey that is life: 1) Awakening Your Best State -The quality of our lives is a reflection of our state (physiology, mood, focus, and self-talk). I can assist you to access your best states; 2) Choosing Well -Our life's journey is a reflection of our choices. I can help you find pragmatic solutions to the never ending choices we must make in life; 3) Thrive-The results of our life are based on what we do. Thriving is when we do our best. We all have a gap between what we know will help us to thrive and what we actually do. I can help you narrow this gap. I have spent 35 years helping people to transform their lives (over 20 years licensed psychologist and over 15 years supervising mental health programs). I have a PhD in clinical psychology and a PhD in Human Services. My holistic approach draws from mindfulness based cognitive approaches, solution-focused therapy and somatic experiencing. My dog, Dogtor Sveglia Anand (Dr. of Awakening Joy), assists me in sessions.
