Provided by YP.comA couple different members of my family go to Vanguard. I'm not good at car language but they took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. Definitely a honest business. Good prices too. I understand why my family goes there and I recommend them to everyone.

Provided by YP.comI had struts installed on my wife's car. Front & rear brakes, sway bar link, And tire rotation done on my car there. Also a couple oil changes. Every time I've been there its been a great experience. Highly recommended.

Provided by YP.comTook my car there to get the snow tires swapped out for the summer tires. Had the opposite done at Midas last fall for $10 per tire. It turned out this guy charged $20 per tire!
In addition , the door handle was hanging off the car when I picked it up. The clown says he did not do it but it wasn't like that when I brought it in.
I would definitely not recommend this clown to anybody ! What a crook!
It is unfortunate the customer was not happy with the service. The customer never asked the price for the services he requested beforehand, in addition he never complained about the price when payment was due. Only after he accused us of breaking his door handle did he complain of the price. We checked with Midas to confirm the price and found that their price for the same services was $19.00 per tire. As for the door handle being damaged, our technician made a note on the vehicle intake sheet about the broken door handle before service even started. The customer brought the tires in another vehicle and dropped them off, the technician didn't operate the door handle. We are committed to satisfying our customers, however in this instance we were never given the opportunity to address the customers complaint, as they were belligerent and extremely disrespectful to the point that we had to ask them to leave the property.
