My Mother has been a Resident at Brook Gardens for many years. I have spent plenty of time visiting with her over the years. It is and has been easy for me to see my Mother is in the right place. Brook Gardens takes very good care of her and they do it with a lot of care and compassion. If I call about any concern for my Mother, Brook gardens always has a concerned response and is glad to help or look into things. I'm very pleased with the quality of care they provide. If you are considering placing a Parent in the Brook Gardens facility I recommend you go there and have a look around..It's in a beautiful little town with plenty of charm..The location of the facility is in a nice quiet area that mixes well with the surrounding neighborhood. Everytime I ask my mother if she is happy there she gives me a yes answer..:)..She enjoys her life there and has never had a complaint. For these reasons I'm writing this review so others can have confidence they are choosing the right place.

Lots of promises, until you move in.... Minimum care for maximum money. To their credit, the staff have no control over corporate policies. It's not their fault. Choose a locally owned business that has accountability. The management is horrible here.
