It grows and processes aloe vera gel, vegetable and fruit concentrates, and juice-content and water-soluble fruit and vegetable powders. The company operates a more than 30,000-square-foot processing facility that offers blending and finishing services. It serves the meat and poultry, bakery, dairy, beverage, frozen food applications. Florida Food Products provides washing, peeling, blanching, chilling, pasteurizing, bulk blending, ultra-filtration, vacuum drying, freezing and packaging services. It is a member of the International Aloe Science Council. Florida Food Products maintains a location in Eustis, Fla.
