I have actually been a patient here for several years now. I didn't stay because of the nice offices or excellent services (especially the customer service). I stood because the prices were more reasonable compared to some of the fancier dentist offices in the area. The offices are plain and the equipment is pretty outdated. The customer service is severely lacking. When you call all you ever get is an answering machine most of the time. That would be okay if they actually returned your calls but they don't. I typically would wait at least 30 minutes from my scheduled appmt time before I was seen. It also took me over a year and a half to resolve a billing issue with them. The final straw for me was when I had an appmt and I left my job an hour earlier to get there on time. However, due to an accident on I-4 I was going to be late. I asked my husband to call and let them know that I would be 10 mins late. They told my husband that if I wasn't going to arrive on time to not bother coming. Even though I was late I still showed up because I wanted them to turn me away personally. When I got there they were closing and they were very rude. I explained to them that I had traveled over an hour and 15 minutes and that had I arrived on time they would still be here because of my scheduled appointment. I told them that if this is the way they treat their patients that I would take my business elsewhere. I will never go back to this office again.
