He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology. He has a particular interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease with extensive work with Crohn’s and colitis patients. Dr. Katz is married with two children. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, biking, and reading. He has been voted a “Top Doctor” for 7 consecutive years by Orlando’s City Magazine and is also a volunteer for Shepherd’s Hope.
