The company serves customers in northern West Virginia and southwestern Pennsylvania. Laurel Aggregates maintains a quarry that produces materials that are certified for use by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). It also provides the Stone Slinger brand of equipment that assists users to place large quantities of stone swiftly in difficult areas, such as steep slopes, basements, foundations, driveways and trenches. Laurel Aggregates is also certified as an approved source for aggregates by the West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT).
