Would love to give five stars, but this is a simple, clean, comfy and friendly motel (no phones, no internet) with some kitchenettes, perched overlooking this most tranquil lake. The host, Nancy and the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. There are various self-propelled watercraft available for free use (motors are limited on the lake, and hardly ever used), and the lake is right in your backyard. I've been going there for five years, and have always enjoyed my stay. Amenities are nearby, and Lake George is only 11 miles away.
