Whether it's being eager, new or just plain ego, it seems this place never has the same person doing treatments! How does anyone get to know skin needs if everytime its a new esthetician. In comparison to other spas, this spa seems to have no interest in cust. retention & gives no ability for employees to grow a book of business. You have to trust your employees, otherwise it doesn't say much about you as a business owner who should be in charge or have some input on the hiring decisions. I haven't returned after the last visit bc the experience was not up to par from the one I received the time before from Tiffany. She wasn't there anymore of course, so couldn't even make an appt to ensure I paid for a satisfying experience. She took her time, I didn't feel rushed out. A spa who jips customers out of a beneficial treatment bc they have to be done in a 50 min time period just shows there is no real concern for customizing a customer's treatment needs according to their own skin needs

What great place, my skin has never looked so good. My friends tell me my skin looks better now in my 30's then in my 20's. I will for sure keep going back.
