I was stopped by a State Trooper on route 80, I was given a breathalyzer test and blew a .10, I was arrested, my car was impounded, and I was taken to the Troopers barracks off of exit 54. I was released with an additional speeding ticket and a careless driving ticket. I prayed for a good lawyer and came into contact with Mr. Onorevole. He along with his expert D.U.I. teammate Mr. Tufani brought their full knowledge of case law to the table. All three tickets were dismissed. By the way, I drive a truck for a living, so he also saved my career/c.d.l.
Extremely professional and committed to his clients! He explained every step of the way to me and made me understand what was happening within the court system.
My wife was ticketed for passing a school bus last year and Richard successfully negotiated it down to reckless driving. He has been very professional and his fee is very reasonable. The whole process was painless.

On January 21, I was issued a ticket by a Hanover Police Officer alleging violation of NJSA 39.4-96, reckless driving, and 39.4-91 failing to yield to an emergency vehicle. Both violations were serious and obviously had the potential to produce huge fines, numerous points on my drivers license, and even jail time. Being aware of this, I decided to hire a lawyer to represent me in court and I hired Mr. Richard M. Onorevole to do it. After we went through the entire process including court procedures and I compared the potential penalty for the offenses to the outcome of my case, I feel sincerely satisfied with Mr. Onorevoles services. I would like to thank Mr. Onorevole, for his excellent job he did in court handling my two traffic tickets. It was a big relief when he informed me that, he was able to work with the prosecutor and the point ticket was dismissed. Thank you very much for all the help.
