This tiny Polish deli is fantastic. About a fifth of the customers are of Polish descent, and the owner and workers are themselves Polish, but they are also very friendly and welcoming of those of us who don't speak a word of Polish. They offer to let you taste foods you have not tried before, which is helpful when you want to expand your horizons but want to make sure you will enjoy what you order.The pierogies are excellent (and sold in packages for you to take home and cook yourself as well), but so are the six other entrees they have (which change daily). The prices are very low, only $6 for a dozen pierogies, and for about $9 you can choose an entree, a portion of soup, a side, and a dessert. You can't beat that deal.
