We are waiting on a package that the email I got said it would be here by 1030. It has to be signed for. I took off work and waiting is costing me money yet the package is over an hour late and counting. The only number they have online is an 800 number that doesn't allow you to talk to a local person that could call the delivery person to get the package on track. Now why don't they have something like that? The 800 number once you get through, finally does not get in touch with the driver, thus is useless.
