She isn't a good attorney! She does not help you get your child back at all. When you call her office to talk to her,Her assisants won't allow you to talk with her. I don't have to pay her.She is an attorney that the state picked for me.I lost my child and Cps throughout the whole case would lie to the Judge Weiss.I don't recommed heather at all. She is a worthless attorney.She never was on my side.

I am an attorney and I have worked with MS Wellborn. I found her to be bright, well prepared and very ethical. I suspect some of the negative comments here are the sour grapes that attend most divorces.

I'm not sure why the other reviews are so negative, she did a great job on my case. I would recommend her to anyone.

Consultation fee, $225 dollars, was steep in my opinion as was the retainer (she quoted me $5,000 at least and up to $10,000 ). Would not return or take phone calls even after consultation unless I said I was considering retaining her. Would recommend researching someone that is a good lawyer, but not as expensive. She could be unethical as well.

Cannot recommend, Very Pricey and not ethical.

Be very careful of this woman. She is a very dirty Lawyer who will stop at nothing to win, even at the expense of children. She should be barred from practice and with her ethics its only a matter of time before she is no longer able to practice law. Very expensive and not worth the money. You will be sorry if you have her as a lawyer.
