We had some special needs and she was able to find us the exact RV we needed to make our drive down to Disney in Florida smooth and memorable. The 31' RV we rented was clean and in great shape. All the service personnel were wonderful. I would not go anywhere else to rent an RV. Hats off to Suzanne, her staff and fleet of top notch RV's. My wife and I just returned from a 9 day excursion to Wisconsin. Stopped at a State Park for a 2 days and then attended a 4 day Country Fest. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our first RV experience---that's one item off our bucket list! It was great to reconnect with my wife of 24 years---in fact that was the best part of the trip but the Country Music fest was a close second! Won't hesitate to use Suzanne again next year as this was our best vacation by far (many apologies to my kids). Suzanne was awesome in helping us from the road when we had questions. Will be renting again next year---this time with the kids---to go to Grand Canyon or the like.. We highly recommend Commack Trailer sales for rv rentals for quite a few reasons .Suzanne who we dealt with was very friendly, not pushy, and worked very well with us on picking out the right rv and staying within our budget.CTS had the biggest selection,the cleanest & nicest Rv's to choose from.Most importantly they had the best prices on rental, mileage rates and even generator hr's . We live on Long Island and we just returned from a trip to Florida for approx. 2 wk's and everything that we were hoping the trip would be it was .There was 7 of us , myself,my wife ,daughter , son in-law and my 3 grand children . My grand children felt they were on 2 vacations , the Disney World vacation and being in the motor home was another vacation in itself . We rented a 31 ft double slide to go camping up in north south lake in the catskills this past weekend. The owner, Suzanne, was honest, efficient and easy to deal with. The equipment was top notch. We would definately recommend Commack Trailer Sales in the future.

Just rented a 31 foot super slide and went to Watkins Glen, and finger lake region for a week. First time rental, and RV experience. It was fantastic, staff was very helpful, easy process, and very helpful !! We cant wait to do this again, for a concert or vacation. We highly recommend this company!!!

I recently rented a 37' RV from Commack Trailer Sales for the Jimmy Buffet show at Jones Beach. The RV was in delivered to me in excellent condition. In addition, the staff at Commack Trailer Sales were professional and friendly throughout our pick-up and return. Rented the 31 ft Superslide for the Kenny Chesney concert and had a blast. The RV was clean, with plenty of room and easy to operate. The whole rental porcess was a pleasure.

Wow, what a great weekend. First of all let me just say that I got this RV pretty late in the game and Commack Trailer Sales totally hooked me up when other companies could not. We headed to Bridgeport CT. via the Port Jefferson Ferry for the Gathering of the Vibes Festival. The trip could not of been easier, the RV was perfect. Spacious, Clean, And ran perfectly. It was a heat wave this weekend too so we really had to run that generator and Cool air and it run without a hitch. Suzanne got us in and out quickly and the whole thing was really an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this company as I have used a few others that did not have as nice, clean, and well working RV's. Lastly you should just be aware that it is your resposibility to return it with gas, propane, and black water pumped out. All which is not a big deal as long as you know where to go.

I AM A YEARLY RV RENTER AND WOULD GO NOWHERE ELSE THAN COMMACK TRAILER. THEY HAVE A LARGE INVENTORY TO FIT ALL FAMILY NEEDS. SUZANNE, THE OWNER IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THE RENTAL AND RETURNS ARE ALWAYS SEEMLESS. A FEW TECHNICAL ISSUES HAVE AROSE DURING OUR TRIPS WHICH HAVE BEEN QUICKLY RESOLVED WITH A PHONE CALL TO EITHER SUZANNE OR MARCUS. OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS AN A++. WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR TRIP NEXT JULY!!!

I WOULD RECOMMEND COMMACK TRAILERS SALES TO EVERYONE, THEY ARE PRO'S. IT IS A TRULY A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE, GIVE IT A WHIRL!

This was a whole new experience for me as this was the 1st time I have rented an RV. It could not have been a more enjoyable and pleasant experience. From reserving the RV, picking it up, using it, and returning the RV - all went flawlessly. Dealing with Suzzane was a pleasure, she went out of her way to accomodate our schedule and needs.I rented the 32 ft double slide-out RV for a 10 day trip. Everything worked perfectly, the RV was clean and very comfortable with all of the amenities that make RV'ing such a pleasure; A/C, Inside & Outside Stereos, Canopy, Lot's of Storage, Satellite TV, Navigation system and much more.
