We specialize in patent filing; trademark registration and patent search at affordable rates. We will take as much time as necessary to understand and focus on your individual needs. The larger law firms are constrained by their need for high output and therefore often do not provide the level of individual attention that we can provide. Our fee schedule is affordable and based on a flat rate. You know what your costs are prior to retaining us. Our experienced attorneys have excellent educational backgrounds from Ivy league universities. If you want to patent overseas we can file your invention in the USA under the Patent Cooperation Treaty and locate law firms to file your patent overseas. We also provide services to overseas parties that would like to file in the USA under the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
