A summer vacation at Tarryall River Ranch will never be forgotten! The magnificent Rocky Mountain scenery and the clear Colorado weather combined with great activities and warm hospitality will provide the vacation of a lifetime! We are the Tesch Family and welcome you to Tarryall River Ranch We are proud of our Colorado dude ranch and invite you into our home here in Western Colorado. Take a family vacation in Colorado with us once and you'll be back again! At Tarryall River Ranch everyone becomes a friend and a part of our family. You will love the Western spirit - easy going, fun loving, and hard working. It has a way of rubbing off on folks and you are welcome to take some home. We invite you into our high country home to share our ranch lifestyle and to gain an experience of the true west like no other! A few years later, Kelvin, our oldest son and now our Head Wrangler worked at that same Colorado ranch where he met his wife Bridget, now our Head Cook. Kurtis, our second son, also worked at that same Colorado ranch. Kevin continued helping out at that ranch for short periods of time for about ten years. None of us have ever experienced a vacation where we went to a place, met complete strangers, and left with tears in our eyes, feeling that we were leaving a part of ourselves behind. We knew then a dude ranch was the perfect avenue for us to share our love for horses and our passion for the Western lifestyle with others. Our third and fourth sons, Kody and Klayton, undoubtedly would have followed in their older brothers footsteps except for the fact that we were blessed with the opportunity to run our own dude ranch.
